Policy & Pricing
Room rates are $95.00 per night.
Rates are based upon double occupancy. All rates include a full breakfast. No discounts for single guests.
Rates are subject to state and local taxes.
A $25.00 per night deposit is required to hold reservation. Credit card number is required for a confirmed reservation. Balance is due upon check-in.
We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards, Sorry we do not take American Express or personal/business checks.
Check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Check out by 11:00 AM

Cancellation:
If a cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is received less than 14 days the entire deposit is forfeited. ($25.00 per night deposit). It may be applied to a future reservation within one calendar year.
For a no show you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation.
We are a non smoking establishment. For those who choose to disregard our non smoking policy, they will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Smoking is permitted in the outside areas only.
Sorry we cannot accommodate children or pets.
